ACC is seeking Bilingual Call Center Agents to join its growing team for international operations.
We are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, provide outstanding support, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and care

Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful transactions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer questions or objections effectively.
Requisitos
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Shifts available:
- Afternoon/Evening
- Overnight
